We won't leave you in the dark and won't leave anything to chance during your onboarding. A colleague will act as your mentor and show you everything you need to know. We take time for your induction and have a very detailed induction plan. This will enable you to familiarise yourself with all departments and quickly feel at home with us.

Flat hierarchies:
